HWSA Player Registration & Certification Spring 2010

Instructions: Please fill out a separate registration & certification form for each player in your family. All players, both "new" and "returning," wishing to participate in the 2010 World Series must register and certify their eligibility. Online registration for each player is due by March 10. Payment is due by March 25 ("early bird"). IMPORTANT: Players who do not individually register and pay their fees will NOT be allowed to participate in the 2010 HWSA tournament.

After you have registered, please mail a check made out to "HWSA" in the amount of $25 ("early bird" deadline March 25, 2010) or $30 (after March 25, 2010) to:
