Instructions: Only teams that register before February 1, 2010 are guaranteed a spot in the 2010 World Series. Please list your HEAD COACH as your first contact. Ensure that both your Head Coach and Secondary Contact have a valid e-mail address submitted. If you want to submit a Third Contact, put that information in the "Comments" section, and include his/her e-mail address. Online registration for teams is due by the end of the day on January 31, 2010. If you are late, your team may register AFTER January 31, but you will not be guaranteed a spot until HWSA has assessed the number of needed teams for the tournament. IMPORTANT: Total team fee is $775. (You may pay it in full or in two partial installments.) Please adhere to the payment schedule listed below.

  • $375 (postmarked by Mar. 10*)
