Regional Tournament
Mandatory
Coaches Meeting
Prior to each Regional Tournament, the Regional Tournament Director shall hold a mandatory meeting with the field managers and coaches to review the HWSA Rules and procedures. Timing of the pre-tournament meeting (i.e., night before or morning of) is at the discretion of the Tournament Director and will be made in concert with the schedule of the participating coaches as far as can be arranged. PLEASE NOTE: Specific game schedules will be distributed at this meeting and not before.
Commemorative T-Shirts and Programs
Commemorative t-shirts and programs will be pre-sold through an ordering process. There will be a limited number of t-shirts and programs sold at the regional tournament sites. For questions, contact Becky Hendricks or Cheryl Batzing.
