HWSA PLAYER REGISTRATION OVERVIEW

 

There are two parts to player registration:

1. Each team must collect a player certification from each player and a copy of the birth certificate for each new player.  These are to be submitted in one team package to Tim Day on or before March 10, 2010.  Player Certification Forms

2. Each player must register individually by filling out and sending in the Player Registration Form with a check payable to HWSA for $25.00 on or before March 25, 2010. This fee covers the cost of a t-shirt, program and family tournament admission ---there will be no gate fee. T-shirt sizes will be based on this form and no player will be permitted to play without having paid the player registration fee.
