SUNDAY

7PM – Mandatory Coaches Meeting

Lake Myrtle Office Building

For coaches and team reps. Opening round drawing and game placement.

MONDAY

9AM – Opening Ceremonies (STADIUM FIELD)

All teams at the field in full uniform by 8:30 am

11AM – Pool Play Games Begin (MULTIPLE FIELDS)

Doubleheader for all teams. Games at 11AM, 2PM, and 5PM.

TUESDAY

Games Continue (FIELDS 1-4 + Stadium)

Q Game Play-ins (if necessary), Qualifier Games, and Division III games

10AM Start time – full schedule TBD

WEDNESDAY

OPEN DAY – NO SCHEDULED GAMES

Doubleheader for all teams. Games at 11AM, 2PM, and 5PM.

THURSDAY

DIVISIONAL OPENING ROUND

Q Game Play-ins if needed, all bracket play begins

START TIME TBD

FRIDAY

10AM – DIVISIONAL PLAY CONTINUES

3PM – Awards Ceremony for some Div. II & III teams

Teams who play their final game Friday will have a ceremony that afternoon.

SATURDAY

9AM – DIVISION II CHAMPIONSHIP* (STADIUM)

Broadcast live on ChristianSportsNet.com

9AM – DIVISION III CHAMPIONSHIP (IF NECESSARY)

11:30AM – Award Ceremony for 9AM Games (STADIUM)

12:30PM – DIVISION I CHAMPIONSHIP* (STADIUM)

3:30PM – FINAL AWARDS (STADIUM)

Team awards, All-American Recognitions, and Cochran Cup Presentation

* Games on Stadium Field on Fri. and Sat. are broadcast on www.christiansportsnet.com.

Note that rain-outs may cause game times and the bracket structure to be changed on short notice. Refer to the schedule at www.hwsa.net for updates and weather changes.

Six teams will be spread throughout the opening round pools by a random draw. All others teams are placed in the pools by a random draw. The top six returning teams from 2018 Div. I are the Charlotte Stampede, Fort Worth Riders (2018 champs), Houston Falcons, Spring Mustangs, St. Louis Patriots, and Tulsa Jaguars.
