Joel Hartman, of Bradenton FL Manatee HEAT, has been signed by the Texarkana, TX Gunslingers after his collegiate career at Southeastern College, FL and Palm Beach Atlantic University, FL. He becomes the 3rd HWSA alumnus to make it to Minor League Baseball.
