Summary Report Needed from Team Administrators
To confirm our participating families have arranged accommodations in the county, we ask each team administrator to prepare a Housing Report summarizing the lodging for all the participating families in your program, and to submit this report by April 15th to the HWSA tournament administrator ([email protected]), who combines and submits them to Polk County the week of the tournament.
Each report should show the accommodation name, city, state, zip code, # of rooms/units, and # of nights. Examples are shown below of how to list various lodging types:
